Ultimate Winter Tea
Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 1 orange
- 1 piece of ginger (about 60g)
- 1 piece of turmeric (about 20g)
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 100ml water
- And honey
Instructions
Peel the lemon and orange (including the white part), and cut them in half. Peel the ginger and turmeric, then chop them into small pieces. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze. Whenever you want, melt 1-2 cubes in hot water, add honey, and enjoy ☺️ It's like a healing potion!
