Spartak Cake 2
Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- ✔️ 4 eggs
- ✔️ 200g sugar
- ✔️ 150g unsalted butter
- ✔️ 120g honey
- ✔️ 1 tsp baking soda
- ✔️ 340g flour
- ✔️ 10g baking powder
- ✔️ 70g cocoa powder
- For the cream:
- ✔️ 1 egg
- ✔️ 400g sugar
- ✔️ 600ml milk
- ✔️ 6 tbsp flour
- ✔️ 200g butter
Instructions
In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, honey, and unsalted butter.
Place it over low heat and wait until it becomes a uniform mixture. When the color darkens, add the baking soda and mix. Once the mixture doubles in size, remove it from heat.
Mix the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, then gradually add it to our mixture.
Divide the dough into 6 parts and chill it in the fridge for about 2 hours.
👩🏻🍳 Let's make the cream:
Mix the egg with sugar, add flour, and slowly pour in the milk. Cook over heat until it thickens.
While this cools, whip the unsalted butter. Then add the cooled mixture to the whipped butter.
Roll out the dough, prick it with a fork, and put it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
4-5 minutes should be enough.
From the baked layers, cut circles or squares.
Layer the cake, spreading cream between each layer.
Turn the cake trimmings into crumbs and use them to decorate the cake.
