Spartak Cake
Ingredients
- Custard:
- 500 ml Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 150 g Sugar
- 150 g Butter
- Dough:
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 50 g Butter
- 400 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Instructions
Custard: Mix milk, eggs, flour, cornstarch, vanilla, and sugar, then cook it on low heat until it boils. Cover it and let it cool completely. Once cool, whip it and add the butter, whip it all together until smooth.
Dough: Mix egg, milk, sugar, baking soda, honey, and butter, then put it on low heat. Keep stirring, remove it when it starts foaming, let it cool slightly, add cocoa and flour, knead the dough. Divide it into parts and bake it. Spread the custard, decorate as desired!
