Ingredients
- Brownies:
- 2.6 oz coconut yoghurt
- 4.2 oz applesauce
- 2.6 oz peanut butter
- 1.7 oz maple syrup
- 3.5 oz coconut sugar
- 1.4 oz cocoa powder
- 2.1 oz @macr0mike choc PB protein powder (use 'amb-mon' for a 10% discount)
- 2.1 oz GF plain flour
- Peanut Caramel:
- 2.6 oz peanut butter
- 2.6 oz maple syrup
- 2.6 oz coconut yoghurt
- 1.4 oz @macr0mike PB protein powder
- Choc Topping:
- 3.5 oz dairy-free chocolate
- 1 oz Crushed Peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 329°F and grease or line a square cake tin with baking paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, applesauce, peanut butter, sugar, and syrup until smooth. Add cocoa, protein, and flour. Mix until a thick batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool.
- For the peanut caramel, whisk together the peanut butter, syrup, yoghurt in a bowl. Add the protein powder, mixing until smooth.
- Once the brownie base has cooled, spread the peanut filling evenly.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, pouring it on top of the peanut caramel. Spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the crushed peanuts on top and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Slice, and these delightful brownies are good to go!
