Roasted Yogurette Almonds
Ingredients
- 1 cup (200 g) almonds (high-quality)
- 8 Yogurette bars
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar (I used 7 tablespoons in the video, but it was too much)
- 0.4 ounces (12 g) freeze-dried strawberries (e.g., from Freche Freunde, available at dm, Rossmann, and other larger grocery stores in the children's section)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with both the upper and lower heat on.
- Spread the almonds evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Break the Yogurette bars into small pieces and sprinkle them over the almonds.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar evenly over the almonds and Yogurette pieces.
- Distribute the freeze-dried strawberries evenly over the almonds.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the almonds for about 8-10 minutes. Be careful not to leave them in the oven for too long, as they may become bitter or burn.
- Once roasted, remove the almonds from the oven and let them cool completely.
- Enjoy your delicious roasted Yogurette almonds as a snack or dessert!
