Pistachio-Chocolate Marble Donuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120g) butter
- 1/2 cup (120g) heavy cream
- 1 cup (130g) powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3.5 oz (100g) dark chocolate
- 1.75 oz (50g) pistachio paste
Instructions
- Melt the butter and set it aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar.
- Add the heavy cream and melted butter, and mix well.
- Stir in the flour and baking powder until combined.
- Divide the mixture in half. Add the pistachio paste to one half and the melted chocolate to the other.
- Place both mixtures into separate piping bags and then into a larger piping bag to create a marble effect.
- Fill the donut molds with the mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes (adjust the baking time according to your oven).
