Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 36 chocolate Oreos, finely crushed
  • 8 tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 16 oz whipped topping, thawed (divided)
  • 7 oz instant chocolate pudding mix (two 3.4 oz boxes)
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Mini Reese’s Cups, chopped (for garnish)
  • Peanut butter & semi-sweet chocolate chips (for garnish)
  • Chocolate & caramel sauce (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust – Preheat your oven to 350°F. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until the texture is like wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  • Make the Peanut Butter Layer – In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter, vanilla, and 1 tub of whipped topping. Mix until fluffy, then set aside.
  • Prepare the Chocolate Pudding – In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  • Assemble the Layers – Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled crust, smoothing it out with a spatula. Next, add the chocolate pudding layer and spread evenly.
  • Top it Off – Spread the remaining tub of whipped topping evenly over the pudding. Sprinkle with mini Reese’s Cups, chocolate and peanut butter chips, then drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce over the top.
  • Chill & Serve – Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the layers set. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
