- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 1/2 cup creamy cashew butter
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup toasted chopped pecans (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
Melt the Chocolate:
Break the unsweetened baking chocolate into chunks and place it in a saucepan with the pure maple syrup and coconut oil.
Melt the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Mix the Ingredients:
Once the chocolate has melted, whisk in the arrowroot powder, creamy cashew butter, fine sea salt, and coconut sugar until everything is well combined.
Add Pecans and Vanilla:
Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and toasted chopped pecans.
Prepare the Baking Dish:
