Orange Cake
Ingredients
- 5 small or 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/4 cups sugar
- Zest of 3 oranges
- 1 and 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup liquid milk
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Start by mixing the eggs with vanilla, then gradually add the sugar.
- Add the liquid ingredients and, finally, gradually incorporate the dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a buttered pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45-50 minutes.
