Ingredients

  • 5 small or 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/4 cups sugar
  • Zest of 3 oranges
  • 1 and 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing the eggs with vanilla, then gradually add the sugar.
  2. Add the liquid ingredients and, finally, gradually incorporate the dry ingredients.
  3. Pour the batter into a buttered pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45-50 minutes.
