Ingredients

  • 5 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 and a quarter cup sugar
  • 1 and a quarter cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Half a teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups liquid milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix eggs with vanilla and sugar for about 10 minutes until the mixture turns white.
  2. Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing well.
  3. Pour the batter into a buttered Pyrex dish and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
  4. Pour each milk mixture onto the warm cake (flip it to the other side and make holes).
  5. Let it sit, and prepare the cream mixture by mixing cream with vanilla and sugar until the texture becomes firm.
  6. Spread the cream over the cake and refrigerate for two hours.
  7. Finally, top it with roasted coconut or fruits.
