Kinder Donuts
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2.8 ounces white chocolate
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- Nocciolata Bianca spread
- Kinder Bueno chocolates
Instructions
- Melt the butter and set aside.
- Mix eggs with sugar.
- Add flour and baking powder, then mix.
- Pour in melted butter.
- Melt white chocolate and add to the mixture. Stir well.
- To easily fill the donut molds, transfer the batter into a pitcher with a pouring spout.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool after baking.
- For the glaze, melt Nocciolata Bianca spread, dip the donuts halfway, then drizzle with melted white chocolate. You can also use Nutella spread for variation. Decorate with Kinder chocolate pieces.
- Chill the donuts until the glaze sets.
