Get ready for my latest obsession – 2-Ingredient Air Fryer Doughnut Holes! 😍🍩 All you need are some Greek yogurt, flour, and of course, an air fryer. Check out the recipe below.
Doughnut Holes
- 8.8 ounces Greek yogurt (about 250ml)
- 7 ounces self-rising flour (about 200g)
Other ingredients
- Butter
- Caster sugar
- Biscoff spread @lotusbiscoffuk
Instructions:
- Mix the Greek yogurt and flour until they come together to form a shaggy dough.
- Knead the dough on the counter for about 3 minutes, adding more flour if it’s too sticky.
- Use a spoon to cut small pieces of dough and roll them into balls.
- Spray your air fryer basket with vegetable oil, then place 12 dough balls inside. Fry at 392°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes. If the inside is still doughy, they need a bit more time.
- Once they’re done, brush the dough holes with melted butter, roll them in sugar, and enjoy your homemade doughnut holes! 😋
