Delicious Cinnamon Swirl Cookies
Ingredients
- /2 cup (120g) softened Butter
- 1/2 cup (120g) room temperature Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup (120g) Sugar
- 2 3/4 cups (350g) Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 packets Vanilla Sugar
- For the filling:
- 6 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (100g) melted Butter
- 3/4 cup (150g) Sugar
Instructions
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 12x14 inches.
Chill the dough roll in the freezer for 1-2 hours or overnight in the fridge to maintain its shape while cutting.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
