Ingredients
- 3.5 oz peanut butter
- 4.9 oz maple syrup
- 2.1 oz coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4.2 oz salted caramel protein powder (use code ‘amb-mon’ for a deal!)
- 2.1 oz chocolate chips
- 4.2 oz dairy-free chocolate
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Start by lining a square cake tin with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut yogurt, and vanilla.
- Whisk everything until it's smooth and completely combined.
- Mix in the protein powder and chocolate chips, stirring until it forms a soft, dough-like consistency.
- Press this mixture into the base of the prepared tin.
- Melt the dairy-free chocolate and spread it evenly over the top.
- Finish it off with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and pop it in the fridge to set for about 15 minutes.
- After setting, cut it into 8 delicious bars and dig in!
