Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 and a half cups finely shredded coconut

Instructions

    Mix the egg whites with sugar and vanilla for about 5 minutes.

    Gradually add the shredded coconut. Shape them and place them in the oven at 180 degrees. When they get golden brown on top, switch on the broiler to toast them evenly.
