Chocolate Mousse 😍😍😍 Calling all chocoholics! 😍😅 This dessert is a must-have for us during the holidays 😍.

It’s as easy as pie (or, in this case, mousse):

Ingredients for about 6-8 servings:

  • 7 oz (200g) dark chocolate
  • 0.7 oz (20g) butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1.7 oz (50g) sugar
  • 14.1 oz (400g) heavy cream

Topping:

  • 5.3 oz (150g) heavy cream
  • 1.8 oz (50g) chocolate shavings
  1. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a double boiler.
  2. Separate the eggs, and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until it’s nice and thick.
  4. Beat the egg yolks with sugar for about 3-5 minutes until pale and creamy.
  5. Add the melted chocolate to the egg yolk mixture and stir.
  6. Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture, one spoonful at a time.
  7. Incorporate the whipped cream into the mixture as well.
  8. Fill individual serving glasses with the mousse and chill for at least 4 hours.
