- 4 Eggs
- 100g Oat flour or buckwheat flour
- 200ml Milk or plant-based milk
- Mix and cook the crepes. • Filling:
- 130g Warm coconut milk (or cream)
- 100g Dark chocolate
- 1 Banana per roll
- Mix chopped chocolate with warm coconut milk until creamy.
- Spread the cream on each crepe, add a halved banana, and roll it up. • Topping:
- 200g Melted chocolate
- 60g Chopped almonds
- Optional: For a smoother chocolate, add a splash of coconut oil or another oil.
- Mix and spread it over the roll.
- Refrigerate to set the chocolate. *If there’s extra topping, chill it in the fridge for another time.
