- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 12 mini Butterfinger bars (or 5 regular), roughly chopped, divided
- For the peanut butter glaze:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, and lightly spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
2. Make the Brownie Batter:
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and chopped chocolate, whisking occasionally until smooth.
- Remove from heat and pour into a large, heatproof bowl.
- Whisk in the sugar, then add the eggs and egg yolk, beating until smooth.
- Gently whisk in the salt and flour, stirring until just combined.
