Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120g) butter
  • 1/2 cup (120g) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (130g) powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3.5 oz (100g) dark chocolate
  • 1.75 oz (50g) pistachio paste

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and set it aside to cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar.
  • Add the heavy cream and melted butter, and mix well.
  • Stir in the flour and baking powder until combined.
  • Divide the mixture in half. Add the pistachio paste to one half and the melted chocolate to the other.
  • Place both mixtures into separate piping bags and then into a larger piping bag to create a marble effect.
  • Fill the donut molds with the mixture.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes (adjust the baking time according to your oven).
