Milk Cake
Ingredients
- 5 eggs at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 and a quarter cup sugar
- 1 and a quarter cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Half a teaspoon salt
- 2 cups liquid milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 300 ml cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix eggs with vanilla and sugar for about 10 minutes until the mixture turns white.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour the batter into a buttered Pyrex dish and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
- Pour each milk mixture onto the warm cake (flip it to the other side and make holes).
- Let it sit, and prepare the cream mixture by mixing cream with vanilla and sugar until the texture becomes firm.
- Spread the cream over the cake and refrigerate for two hours.
- Finally, top it with roasted coconut or fruits.
