Ingredients

  • For an 18 cm mold, you'll need:
  • 4 eggs
  • 7 oz (200 g) dark chocolate
  • 1 cup (200 g) unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup (80 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup (80 g) brown or white sugar

Instructions

    Start by melting the dark chocolate and butter in the microwave or using a double boiler. In a bowl, crack your eggs, add the sugar, and whisk together. Incorporate the flour, ensuring a smooth mixture without any lumps. Pour in the melted chocolate and butter blend. Mix well. Transfer the batter into a mold (use a pastry ring) of 18 cm and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 22 minutes. Once out of the oven, let it cool, remove the ring, and enjoy it warm, lukewarm, or chilled. Perfect for any time of the day! 🍫✨
