- 7 oz Chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
Instructions
- Peel, chop, and cook the apples (you can microwave them for 3-5 minutes, roast, or boil them).
- Blend the cooked apples and add melted chocolate.
- Mix well and blend again for a smoother consistency if desired.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours in the fridge (although overnight is better, or 3 hours in the freezer).
- Shape into balls and enjoy!
