Ingredients
- 40g Oat flakes
- 120ml Milk or plant-based milk
- 30ml Coffee
- 30g Mascarpone (or cream cheese)
- Extra: Yogurt (preferably plant-based) and melted chocolate
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. (You can microwave it for 1 minute for an instant meal)
- Add the extras and serve!
