Ingredients
- 3.7 oz Biscoff spread
- 2.1 fl oz almond milk
- 3.2 oz maple syrup
- 3.2 oz coconut sugar
- 2.1 oz vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1.6 oz gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 2.8 oz rolled oats
- 1.8 oz chocolate chips
- 1.8 oz chopped Smarties/M&M’s
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 330°F (fan forced) and line a tray with baking paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Biscoff, milk, syrup, and sugar until there are no lumps.
- Mix in the protein powder, flour, and oats until it forms a thick batter.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and Smarties, ensuring they're evenly distributed.
- Divide the dough into about 10 balls, place them on the prepared tray, and press them down to your desired thickness (they won't spread much).
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, then let them cool for 10 minutes before indulging in your sweet treat!
