Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 mangoes* (or 14 ounces of pre-frozen mango)
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (or honey)
Instructions
- Cut the mangoes into small pieces and freeze them for at least 5 hours.
- Put the frozen mango pieces into a food processor (make sure it's not a blender).
- Add the agave syrup and blend until it turns into ice cream (at first, the mango will crumble, then become creamy).
- Enjoy right after blending or store in a tightly sealed container in the freezer.
