Chocolate Twists
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (add as many as you like)
- 3/4 cup of custard
Method:
- Begin by spreading custard all over the puff pastry sheet.
- Sprinkle the desired amount of chocolate chips.
- Now, fold the pastry in half, then cut it into 6 strips using a pizza cutter.
- Take each strip and twist it (check out the video for reference) and give them a quick egg wash.
- Finally, bake them at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes or until they turn a lovely golden brown. Enjoy!
