These brownies are a guilt-free, gluten-free delight. They’re wonderfully moist and make for a fantastic, healthier dessert choice.
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ⅙ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons date syrup or your preferred sweetener
- 100 grams dark chocolate
Instructions:
Step 1: Begin by mashing up those ripe bananas in a large bowl. Then, add in the oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, and date syrup (or your sweetener of choice). Mix everything until it’s nicely combined.
Step 2: Add in 80 grams of chopped dark chocolate and give it another good mix. Now, transfer this mixture into a small brownie tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top. Bake at 320°F (160°C) using the fan setting for approximately 25 minutes.
Step 3: Once it’s baked to perfection, allow it to cool. Then, slice it into 9 delectable brownies. For storage, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge, and they’ll be good for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
