How to make Chocolate Muffins - Easy Recipes
Ingredients
- 125 g soft butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pck. vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g Flour
- 4 TABLESPOONS Baking cocoa
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 TSP. baking powder
- 175 ml milk
Instructions
- Mix butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in eggs. Coarsely chop the dark chocolate. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (convection oven: 160 degrees). Mix flour with cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture with milk to butter-sugar mixture and mix well. Fold in about two thirds of the chopped chocolate.
- Line the troughs of a muffin pan with ramekins. Using an ice cream scoop, divide the batter among the ramekins. Spread the remaining chopped chocolate pieces on top of the muffins. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 25 min.
