COCONUT LEMON
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- Mix and shape the balls. •
LOTUS ALMONDS
- 1 1/2 cups Toasted almonds
- 7-8 soaked Dates (10 minutes in hot water)
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Shape the balls.
CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE
- 1 cup Chopped dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup Hot coconut milk or hot cow’s cream
- Zest of one orange
- Mix all the ingredients and freeze for two hours or until it reaches the texture in the video.
- Shape the balls and optionally coat them in cocoa powder.
