3-ingredient cookies
Ingredients
- For about a dozen cookies, you'll need:
- 1/2 cup (115g) softened unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup (80g) brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour
- Topping: Nutella or chocolate spread, 5.3 oz (150g) white chocolate
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, toss in the magical trio – butter, brown sugar, and flour. Mix it all up with your hands. Form a dough ball and place it between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out with a rolling pin to about 0.5 cm thick.
Grab a cookie cutter for those perfect rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pop them into a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (about 350 degrees Fahrenheit) and let them bake for 12 minutes.
Once they're golden brown and baked to perfection, take them out and let them cool. Now, for the finishing touches, spread some Nutella on the surface. Melt some white chocolate, put it in a piping bag, and add a dollop in the center of each cookie. Chill your cookies in the fridge until the white chocolate sets. Enjoy the simple joy of these delightful treats! 🍪✨
